Non-Gradation Designs

For most designs without gradation, the print direction runs along the length of the roll.

Gradation Designs

For most gradation designs, the print direction runs across the width of the roll.

Gradation and Light Transmission

3M™ FASARA™ Glass Finishes include gradation patterns that offer different levels of visual transparency. These patterns can help create a transition between clearer and more private sections of a glass surface.

The percentage of visible light transmission for gradation finishes is an estimate based on the most transparent and least transparent areas of the pattern. Actual transmission may vary depending on the selected design and installation conditions.

Roll-Up Sheet Products

Certain roll-up sheet products, including Illumina Seamless and Illumina Silky gradations, are supplied in single sheets with the print direction running down the sheet length. The sheets are wound onto a small roll for convenient handling.
